Off the I-5 between the 126 and the 14.  See the attached map for details:  Towsley Map

 A lower & shorter trail option for the family

It appears that most people park in front and you can pick up the Towsley View Loop Trail from here.  However, we drove further back because the road allowed it.  There was an unofficial sign that said Fee Area but we did not see a place to pay.  We parked in the furthest lot just above where the Towsley Loop Trail ends.  So, we'll be hiking it counter clockwise, probably the preferable way to do this loop.  Before we go...
