Another week of weight gain, to be expected after a vacation. However, keeping the gain to a minimal was achieved based on the activity that I did.
The blogpost title picture above is meant to inspire me. I found my hold "My Body" video, a video that I happen to find once in awhile. It's a 5 minute time lapse video covering a 6 week period in 2003, right before and after my son was born. I dropped 30 pounds over that time period, an accomplishment which was actually quite easy to pull off being only 28 years old at the time.
Inspiration - but I am not that same guy. I cant run and will not run sub minute 400 meters like I did back then. In my opinion, it was those 400 meter runs, the sprints, which really sculpted my body. I hit the gym too, benched 300 pounds and eat like I should.
Well, it's a new time. 52 pounds in 52 weeks. Will I be able to do this???

***I had equipment problems. Either I continue to run, tolerate the pain and deal with major chaffing for the next week, or I can waddle, like a duck, and figure out a way to move 3.5 miles around this dam place while my wife tears it up.
So, I waddled...
