Week 12: Friday March 25, 2016 / 235.2 Pounds

52 Pounds in 52 Weeks

New Year's 2016 Weight: 240.9

Week 12 Weight: 235.2

Total Weight Loss: -5.7 Pounds

It was 3:30am, the normal wake up time but today would be anything but normal.  After a strong Week 11 weight loss, I gave back a couple of pounds and still found myself off pace for goal.

Today, I rode with Jess to work and then walked/hike/jogged from her job to mine.  We did this because she would then pick me up at 2:30pm where we would then drive straight to Vegas and then hop on the red eye to Houston.  Typically we always fly out from Vegas.  The flights are cheaper and the parking is free.  Although, the M Hotels will soon charge for overnight parking but for now they don't and when they do, there will always be other Hotel Casinos where we could park.  --The cab ride from the Tropicana to McCarron Airport was only $15, and that included a $6 generous tip.  The flight from Vegas to Houston was only $34.00 per person, plus $21.00 a bag, per person.  Darn Cheap!!!

As for my 11th straight day of 2.5 Miles or more and 100 Feet or more in elevation gain, here are the night hike pics:

Nothing too exciting.  I kept it real by hiking back to the Equestrian area, only to turn around back due to darkness and no cut through ability.  I then walked through the Walnut Grove Park on a dirt trail that surrounded it.  Eventually made my way under a tunnel and to work where concentration was difficult due to the excitement forthcoming...
