The edited version of Fit To Fat To Fit hardly showcased me working out at all. In this clip, during her Fit To Fat stage, Jess is eating away while I am building strength. Essentially, this is how our first four months was spent.
Separate from this video, there was one scene that they aired, which was also used in the promo trailer, where I walked away from the weights complaining that I didn't know what I was doing. Well, I may have said that, but in part, it was for the drama. You should know that I spoke those words after an hour+ of hammering away.
-Let the truth be told, one producer warned me that I was losing too much weight too fast on my own so I needed to sandbag a little. I took that opportunity to lift heavy and build bulk. Of course, with so much junk food in the house from my wife, I did not resist eating certain treats.
